Clean hotel, very welcoming employees with great service and a handy location. Central location, nice place for discovering Queenstown. 5 km from the airport.

The location here is incredible as it's right by the lake and near the supermarket.

Gorgeous hotel, staff were caring and the location was magnificent to the beach at the lakeside. Location: the venue was adjacent to a Restaurant and the airport and the Vineyards and towns surrounding Queenstown and Kawarau falls. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

The whole experience was really lovely. We ate at a pretty good restaurant from the dine-on menu. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, everything was very good. The location was magnificent, the room was newly renovated and generous sized. Also, such main attraction as Skyline Gondola and Luge was 3 km from this hotel...

This place was amazing with stunning views of the lake, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. I stayed for 2 nights and had dinner at the hotel's restaurant from their special menu. It would have been nice to have a terrace connected to the room and a cozy lounge area here to relax. 🌅

Your signage could be better - when you get out of lifts on 5th floor, you should have signs to car park. Also, you have the footsteps that say reception on the floor of the car park, but when you get to the elevator, there is no sign to say how to get to reception!

Restaurant was not open over a busy period (Easter)

I had such a fantastic stay at this place! The location was great, being close enough to the center of Queenstown but not in all the hustle and noise. It was a good 30-minute walk, but it was so beautiful along the river that we were happy to walk in. The staff were friendly and exceptional at their jobs, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped room that had everything we needed, from a cozy sitting area to a kitchenette. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus. this place offered great comfort and convenience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The fact that our crockery was not replaced daily and we had to wash it in the bathroom basin which we consider to be very unhygienic, as we had no kitchen sink,The floor was not vacuumed during our four day stay and we had no equipment to do this as we were in a room not an apartment.The restaurant bing closed was a real minus given the distance from town.If we needed an extra teabag we would have to pay for it. Car parking was a lottery as to who arrived back first.

the hotel is in a beautiful location, very close to the airport, local bus stops, and a park. the room is brand-new and a decent size with a comfortable bed. 3. the service is excellent; I was totally satisfied with it. 4. the experience was really nice, and I would still consider staying here again.

Hotel was very well equipped to suit the traveller's needs. The appliances in the our two-bedroomed apartment were new and of the latest models. The layout was also good and we were very happy with the generous size of the apartment.Everything was very clean and great care was taken with the interior design. On the whole, we had a very pleasant stay.
